In the past week, after filling tone of online documents, I had interview in the US embassy. I’m still very disappointed that even if I would like to go to United States just for holidays I need to apply for visa, go to interview and pay quite amount of ‘bucks’ for whole process…
Anyways… Tons of online documents needs to be submitted. When, eventually, you finish the process you need to schedule the interview appointment. And then you are starting to wondering that decision of the one person (one which is interviewing you) can get you in or not into US. In embassy security is tighter than on average airport. You need to leave in the secure locker even your mobile with car keys. Next building, next security. Not so tight, but still. After that queue to window where they are checking your confirmation and passport. If ok, you can go to new line. For the last time, interview queue. Until that stage I have spent already 25 minutes in embassy. Before me 2 others applicants. Their interviews last about 20 minutes. Mine 5. At the end of mine I have been informed that my visa has been granted…
New York, here I come… just need to sortout flights and accomodation…
