Hard to believe… 28 Celsius degrees and that not in the sun… Running is very hard. I had to shorten my runs yesterday and today. But I wanted to write about something else…
Can you tell me what you prefer to wear when there is BIG sun… either cap or pair of glasses. I have small problem with that. I think I prefer cap but glasses are giving you better view. Cap is keeping almost whole sweat out from your face but not allowing ‘face sunbathing’. Glasses when not proper can feel heavy after some time of the run…
Dilemmas, dilemmas… 😉
Ja biegam w okularach (korekcyjnych), co wyklucza okulary przeciwsłoneczne – nie mam więc tego dylematu. Lubię za to widok daszka od czapki, gdy biegnę 🙂 Czapka rozwiązuje też mój kolejny dylemat – co zrobić z włosami: związać w kitkę (najlepsze rozwiązanie w połączeniu z czapką), przypiąć spinkami (to wybieram, kiedy nie biegnę w czapce) czy założyć przepaskę (niby lubię, ale podczas biegu mnie denerwuje). To są dylematy, co? 🙂 🙂
Jak zaczynasz biegać to się nie zastanawiasz nad tym. Ale później to już są czynniki, które mogą Cię spowolnić.
