Day just come… first run in new season 2014. I know that for most runners season is in the full swing already. I would probably start earlier if I would have more time for training (so no work, which I cannot afford).
Anyway, today is the Samsung Night Run at 9 PM in both cities Dublin and Cork. So two cities are competing against each other (average time of all runners in each city).
I got 2344 number, so high and I thought that I have signed in quite early. On the picture you can see probable tonight’s running gear. What you cannot see are painful right heel and uncomfortable left ‘runners knee’. That will be a fun race (more like a fun jog)…

Alan, I heard you did 44 mins last night, great run and if that’s you injured, fun run pace, then look out Cork, it can be a great debut at the classic distance! Congrats

I wish that running marathon would be as easy as multiplying your time by 4.2… But will do my best to get below 3:45 mark.
