Marathon? How many km is that?

– I have run marathon last weekend.
– Really? How much you have run 5 or 10 kilometres?
– No, it’s marathon?
– So, 10 or more?
– Marathon is 42.2 km or 26.2 miles…

How many times I had to answer that question. That is just so annoying. It’s marathon, not 10 km, not 5 km, just marathon and marathon is 42.2 km or 26.2 miles. As far as I know it has not changed recently (I know it was slightly shorter couple decades before, but now it is 42.2), so please don’t ask me what was distance of my marathon… or you will regret that 😉

For now… KEEP CALM AND RUN 42.2 KM…
