Don’t slip now

Hopefully I won’t. New season is starting soon. Actually, I can’t say if there is another season or the running is just continuing… All I know is that main marathon race should be in Malta at the end of February, so it’s just over two months from now. And I need to get my preparation in order. No slip-ups now.

– I need to start regulars runs again. 4 days a week – 10-15 km (of course is coach is ok with that).
– Make sure that I will stick strictly to diet – no sweets and no junk food. Healthy eating.
– Stop making excuses for not running.
– Running is more beneficial than gymnastic.
– Put yourself together.
– Weather is great.

So, if I will stick to these hopefully my marathon in Malta will be great…
