Today my body ‘told’ me to rest. Did usual weights but that was the worst day since I started my ‘back to fitness’ road. I didn’t have strengths to go for a run. Need a rest.

What can I say about fitness? feeling much better, lifting heavy weights, exercising every lost 9 kg and yesterday was able to run for first time 9 km (35 days since first run back) and all since June 10th.

Hope that I will keep going. Goal is to get to 100 marathons. I’m still short of 8. But that is longer goal. Shorter one is to be able to run half marathon in next 5-6 months time (not necessarily racing but be able to run). Fingers crossed.
