That’s my biggest problem in the evenings… In the fridge there is always something tasty. It’s very hard for me to resist eating in the evening and it not necessary the healthy food.
Even thou I know that it’s not good for me, for my running… I’m doing that. Today was the best example. I couldn’t do my regular half marathon, just did over 13 km everything because I have eaten yesterday ice-cream, crisp bread with guacamole dip and whole package of crackers. To add up today after walk, for breakfast, I eat two big bowls of cereals. And unfortunately I have paid the price – couldn’t last for regular length of time, sweat like stupid…
