Ohhhh… it is. 25 – 27 km running daily. Really, it’s getting into me. Legs a very tired and heavy. Mental struggle. Need to find happiness in… something. Running, where is the joy? Can stand wind in my face. That is slowing me down, which piss me off. Aghhh…
Frustration… Second part of 2013 and first half of last year I was able to run 27 – 30 km a day four working days a week and over the weekends two half-marathons. Why not now? Now I suppose to do more millage to prepare my body for endurance races… And stop shoving my mouth with huge amount of food (not always healthy)…
I really want to do 100 miles this year… Connemara. Or maybe WOS (not for wusses)…

Maybe you need a break Alan. I’ve been out since 4 Jan with a stress fracture and starting back now on a recovery training plan. Feels great to be out with the cold air in the lungs! Whether or not enforced a break can make you appreciate the joy of running!

Perhaps you need a bit if variety in your running. Some shorter harder runs a few linger obes and definitely a few ooff days for your body to respond to the kms. When ate your legs supposed to strengthen if tgey dont have a day off.
If you dont make time for recovery you will be forced to make time for injury
