Where is my fitness?

Went somewhere? Don’t know, but looks like it unfortunately. Not long ago I haven’t got a problem to run daily 30 km for 4 days and additional two half-marathons over the weekend. Actually, it was not even two months ago. And now? Now I’m struggling to run 23-25 km a day, morning exercise making my heart to run faster and demands from me more oxygen (that was never the case before) and last but not least getting big cramps at the end of marathon (last two)… Read more

Power bar or power gel is the way to give yourself a power bust when you need energy during a long run or exercise. There is plenty of these on the market. Easter food

As always during any holiday season food is a big problem with me.

As on the picture food looks great (couldn’t resist). Had to try everything. Probably ate too much again, but not too bad. Hadn’t got any sweets during last two days but had two glasses of white wine (big nono) and white, regular bread. Salads were good for me but on other hand had as well white borscht with sausage and egg. Ohhh and tai chicken soup too.

Evening addiction

That’s my biggest problem in the evenings… In the fridge there is always something tasty. It’s very hard for me to resist eating in the evening and it not necessary the healthy food.

Even thou I know that it’s not good for me, for my running… I’m doing that. Today was the best example. I couldn’t do my regular half marathon, just did over 13 km everything because I have eaten yesterday ice-cream, crisp bread with guacamole dip and whole package of crackers. To add up today after walk, for breakfast, I eat two big bowls of cereals. And unfortunately I have paid the price – couldn’t last for regular length of time, sweat like stupid… Read more
